How do I get my landlord to comply with my rights under the ADA, when?

That depends on the nature of your disability and the accommodation(s) you have requested pursuant to the ADA. Landlords are only required to make reasonable accommodations for disabled tenants. What is considered reasonable is ultimately up to a court to decide. For example, a request to install a handicap ramp may or may not be reasonable, or even possible, depending on the facts and circumstances and the physical limitations and/or impact on other tenants of the building or complex. To get a meaningful answer you need to describe the nature of your disability and the accommodation(s) you are requesting.
